A Beautiful Sunny Day in Mount Maunganui..COLD BUT.. What has your weather been like around the country.  We had been expecting a swell to come in but it didn't equate to much in the end.  Would have been nice to be out on the water today..I wonder what the locals caught out there today...

Awesome  can't wait till the weekend as i will be going on an overnight fishing trip to mayor island.. so exciting..I'm running around trying work out what rod i want to take what bait is best and do i need my harness and gimble...yeah i think i do apparently theres a game chair...this could be my chance for THE BIG ONE...a huge snapper or magnificent Kingi or my favourite  Bluenose...better take the puka rod
